Francesco Peruch
Chief Technology Officer at QBOID, and the author of its guides.
About Francesco
Francesco leads development at QBOID: the M2 and S1 hardware, the dimensioning software on the device and the cloud behind it. He sets the calibration and manufacturing requirements every device is tested against, and is the technical contact for customers. He has been QBOID's CTO since 2019, and has shipped the M1, the M2 and the S1 into production.
Before QBOID he was Principal Computer Vision Software Architect at Aquifi (2014–2019), working on depth sensors, 3D reconstruction and multi-camera systems. He has more than 15 years in computer vision, 3D imaging and depth sensing, and a PhD in information engineering from the University of Padova, on the automated analysis of skin-lesion images.
