Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request

If the QBOID M2 does not meet your expectations, we will accept returns based on the following policy only. Please email support@qboid.com to start the return process and receive an RMA within 10 business days of your order. Authorized returns must be shipped back to us within 15 business days of the original order delivery date. Returns can only be made for QBOID products purchased through authorized channels in your region.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To approve the RMA request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from an authorized seller, a description of the issue, and screenshots or screen captures of the M2 issues before issuing the RMA. Permission to proceed with the return will be provided via reply to the RMA request. A copy of the RMA approval in the shipment back to QBOID is required for QBOID to process the return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for any reason. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns for reasons other than factory defects, such as inability to properly dimension items which are not supported, per the M2 datasheet, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. At your request, we will make reasonable efforts to explain M2 specifications and what use cases are in and out of scope for the M2 in detail at any time before (or after) your purchase.

We reserve the right to decline a return/refund for any reason other than workmanship or quality.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will process the refund as quickly as possible. Returns for reasons other than quality or workmanship will include a 20% restocking fee and will not include original shipping costs or sales tax paid.

We will not issue refunds for any errors due to incorrect shipping address entries at the time of order placement. We will make reasonable attempts to identify addressing errors in the order, and correct them with you before shipping.

Shipping

The buyer understands that once their purchased item is picked up by a carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL) QBOID does not have control over the shipment. QBOID is not responsible for any lost/damaged packages after delivery service pickup.
