All automated dimension analysis is generated in 1/10th of a second on the M2 by our highly optimized ARM algorithm methodology. No need for cloud processing.

Constant Self Calibration

M2 continually checks internal sensor temperature and applies constant calibration in real-time to provide consistent performance.

SOFTWARE FEATURES

QBOID’s M2 combines a powerful computer vision hardware sensor platform and fast computer vision software stack to a friendly and intelligent User Interface where the software helps the operator quickly perform the job of dimension and shape estimation acquisition, as well as other directly related item metadata.

Real-time Assistant

Using real-time augmented reality streaming, the M2 highlights the item to be dimensioned and the streaming data quality, hinting at the scan outcome BEFORE the scan is even performed.

Fast Computer Vision Stack

When the operator is satisfied with the Real-time Assistant display, the operator selects the Scan function and all data is streamed in, filtered, analyzed and the dimension, shape and 3D color point cloud produced in about 100 milliseconds.

Customization Ready

Units of dimension, rounding options, soft button text state options, barcode symbology, WiFi real time data syncing, power saving options and more all are able to configured to meet specific needs.

Android OS

Android operating system can run most Android smartphone applications. Note Google Play Service are not installed on the M2.

Data syncing

Human readable CSV file output is updated in real-time on the M2, and can be sync’d in real-time over WiFi, or stored onboard in sdcard memory for batch transfer over USB-C at end of shift.

PRODUCT FAQ

Q: Will the M2 work properly outdoors?
A: The dimensioning features will not function in direct or strong indirect sunlight, as the IR wavelength of sunlight will interfere with the M2 3D sensor light projector

Q: Is the M2 dimensioning capability certified legal for trade?
A: We plan to submit the M2 for NTEP certification later in 2022.

Q: How will the M2 product capture physical weight?
A: The M2 of course can capture dimensional weight, and we plan to offer Bluetooth support to interface the M2 with digital scales for physical weight

HOW TO BUY?

The M2 will be available for purchase in Q1 of 2022 through authorized resellers in North America, South America, EMEA, APAC, and the EU.
